 The list of cards dedicated to coaches is a visual tool with the basic coaching models that can be used at the different steps of the coaching process. Explaining the principals with the illustrations and the symbols will get the client tuned to the model and adapt them to their own situation.



Trainers

The list of cards dedicated to trainers can be efficiently used during the training process in various topics, in different steps either as a singular card or cards used one after another. The card stands as a visual tool of self-awareness and the development models.

The purpose of the development cards


The SymboliCards were created to increase the service level of development (coaching, training sessions) as a card is given to the client specifically to the topic, which remains with him. The development expert makes the client familiar with the  model, thus the card serves the purpose of reminder later on.

The card saves the development person from drawing the given model to a paper, on the other hand the visual appearance facilitates better imprinting and deepening the content.

Social competency development cards

A kártyák a szociális kompetenciák fejlesztésére irányulnak, bemutatnak olyan fő modelleket, amik leggyakrabban a fejlesztés témáját jelentik. Ilyen fő kompetenciák, melyeket vizuálisan megjelenítettünk kártyákon: a feladatok menedzselése (Eisenhover fontos-sürgős mátrix), konfliktuskezelés (Thomas-Killmann), helyzetfüggő vezetés (Kenneth Blanchard), kreatív gondolkodási technikák (Edward de Bono), érzelmi intelligencia (Goleman).
